This rare whisky has been slowly maturing for over five decades to form a beautiful marriage of whiskies from Scotland. First matured in ex American bourbon Barrels and finished in an Oloroso sherry butt to give this dram warmth, depth and smoothness.

As this rare old whisky is awakened from its long gentle slumber, you find some vanilla fudge and mango aromas with a hint of charcoal.

The palate is creamy with dried fruit, toffee and a little lychee coming through.

The finish is smooth and warming. If you let it breathe, some nutty notes appear with toasted oak and sherry.
